What we collect
OverByOver collects the minimum needed to run the product: an email address if you subscribe to the digest, and basic preferences (language, favourite team, viewing mode) stored locally in your browser. We do not require an account to read the site.

How we use it
Email addresses are used only to send the digest you asked for. Preferences are used to tailor what you see. We do not sell data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies and local storage
We use local storage for your preferences and, if you sign in, a session cookie. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Third parties
We rely on Supabase for data storage and authentication, Anthropic for AI generation, and an email provider for the digest. Each processes data only as needed to deliver the service.

Data retention
Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. Preference data lives in your browser and can be cleared at any time.

Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the digest in one click, and you can request deletion of your data by writing to us. Where local law grants additional rights, we honour them.
